- Dispense Precleanse onto damp cotton to remove eye and lip make-up. Massage onto dry skin, concentrating on areas of congestion or stubborn debris. Wet hands to emulsify into a light, milky texture and continue massaging. Rinse with lukewarm water. Follow with your second cleanser.
